摘  要:论述了通过相关试验对在不同的淬火、回火工艺下,HHD模具钢的热疲劳性能、回火稳定性、硬度的变化以及冲击韧性的变化。结果表明,HHD模具钢具有较高的回火稳定性,在560℃以下回火,回火硬度为50 HRC以上;随着回火温度超过600℃,回火硬度急剧下降,随着回火温度升高,回火后冲击韧性先上升后下降,HHD模具钢在570℃回火,回火硬度达到48 HRC,而冲击韧性达到最高点343 J/cm^2,随着温度继续升高,冲击韧性呈下降趋势。The thermal fatigue property, tempering resistance, hardness and impact toughness of HHD die steel under the different quenching and tempering processes were discussed. The results showed that the tempering resistance of HHD steel is good. The tempering hardness was more than 50 HRC when the tempering temperature was below 560 ℃.As the tempering temperature exceeding 600 ℃, the tempering hardness dropped sharply.With the tempering temperature rising, the impact toughness after tempering rose firstly and then decreased. The tempering hardness of HHD die steel reached 48 HRC at 570 ℃,while the impact toughness reached the highest point of 343 J/cm^2. With the temperature continuing to rise, the impact toughness showed a downward trend.
