摘  要:弹性夹头式调隙机构结构复杂,维修困难,无法更好适应现代航空飞机对刹车性能和使用方便的高要求。提出一种弹簧套式自动调隙回力机构,进行了结构调整,并重点对弹簧套和回力弹簧的规格、数量、设计参数等进行计算和选取。经过对回力弹簧的稳定性和强度进行验算,表明结构设计较合理,不仅能满足现代航空飞机的应用需求,还能对刹车性能得到改进。最后,总结了弹簧套式自动调隙回力机构结构设计需满足的3点理论设计要求:(1)安装尺寸满足设计的改进需求;(2)弹簧套及回力弹簧设计满足行业标准要求;(3)回力弹簧的稳定性和强度通过验证。在实际工况下,还需结合耐久性测试及外场试验进行综合评估。The elastic collet type clearance adjustment mechanism has complex structure and is difficult to maintain,which cannot better meet the higher requirements of modern aviation aircrafts on braking performance and ease of use.Propose a spring sleeve type automatic clearance adjustment and return force mechanism,which adjusts the structure,and focuses on the calculation and selection of the specifications,quantity and design parameters of the spring sleeve and the return spring.After checking the stability and strength of the return spring,it is shown that the structural design is more reasonable,which can not only meet the application requirements of modern aviation aircraft,but also improve the braking performance.Finally,it summarizes the three theoretical design requirements that the structure design of the spring sleeve type automatic backlash adjustment mechanism needs to meet:(1)the installation size meets the design improvement requirements;(2)the design of the spring sleeve and the return spring meets the industry standard requirements;(3)the stability and strength of the return spring are verified.Under actual operating conditions,a comprehensive evaluation is also required in combination with durability tests and field tests.
