摘 要:抬头显示系统是一种车辆安全辅助系统,但其在整车生产流水线中时常出现标定不合格的情况,严重影响投影图像质量。聚焦于抬头显示装配偏差问题,对其四个零件——车身横梁支架、H型支架座、小支架、投影仪的装配工艺进行分析,得到装配关键要素。基于3DCS偏差分析软件,采用Monte Carlo模拟法,对抬头显示装配偏差进行建模仿真,得到各个偏差源的贡献度、敏感度以及6-Sigma值,确定主要偏差源为小支架安装夹具的孔销位置度偏差。对抬头显示安装夹具的公差和设计进行优化,即把小支架安装夹具的孔销位置度公差值从±0.2 mm改为±0.1 mm,并取消小支架的特征孔而改为小支架上端平面的第三个特征点,现场跟踪三个月表明标定一次性合格率由70%提升至96.7%。The head up display system is a kind of vehicle safety auxiliary system,but its calibration failure often occurs in the vehicle production line,which seriously affects the quality of projected image.Focusing on the assembly deviation issues of the head up display,the assembly process of its 4 parts,namely,body crossbeam bracket,H-Bracket seat,small bracket and projector,are analyzed to obtain the key assembly elements.Based on the 3DCS deviation analysis software,using its Monte Carlo simulation method,the modeling and simulation of the assembly deviation of the head up display are carried out,so that the contribution,sensitivity and 6-Sigma value of each deviation source are obtained.It shows that the main deviation source is the hole/pin position deviation of the small bracket installation fixture.The tolerance and structure of the installation fixture of the head up display is optimized:first,the hole/pin position tolerance of the small bracket installation fixture is modified from±0.2 mm to±0.1 mm;second,the feature hole of the small bracket is modified into the third feature point of the upper plane of the small bracket.3 months of field tracing shows that the one-time calibration qualification rate increases from 70%to 96.7%.
