摘  要:为了更好地选别回收安徽某铁硫铜多金属矿石,利用化学多元素分析、光学显微镜、X-射线衍射分析、扫描电镜、矿物自动分析仪(MLA)等手段,对矿石的矿物组成、主要元素赋存状态、主要矿物的嵌布特征等进行了系统的研究。结果表明,矿石铁品位为30.48%、硫品位为2.18%、铜品位为0.066%。矿石中金属矿物以磁铁矿为主,含有少量赤铁矿、镜铁矿、黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿、黄铜矿等;脉石矿物主要为方解石、绿泥石、石英、云母等。矿石主要构造为块状构造、浸染状构造,主要结构有粒状结构、针状(棒状)结构、交代结构、假象(半假象)结构、填隙结构、鳞片状结构和斑状结构等。有用矿物磁铁矿、赤铁矿、黄铁矿的嵌布粒度普遍大于脉石矿物方解石、绿泥石、云母和石英的嵌布粒度,与磁铁矿紧密连晶的部分假象赤铁矿粒度微细,以交代弧、交代边的形式产出,可在选矿时一并回收利用。部分-0.070 mm粒级黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿交代磁铁矿,紧密连晶,单体解离较困难,会对铁精矿中的含硫量造成不利影响。In order to recovery a certain iron-sulfur-copper polymetallic ore from Anhui Province,the mineral composition,occurrence state of main elements and distribution characteristics of main minerals of the ore were systematically studied by means of chemical analysis,optical microscopy,X-ray diffraction analysis,scanning electron microscopy,automatic mineral analyzer(MLA)combined with chemical analysis and chemical multielement analysis. The results show that the iron grade is 30.48%,the sulfur grade is 2.18%,and the copper grade is 0.066%. The main metal minerals in the ore are magnetite,which contains a small amount of hematite,specularite,pyrite,pyrrhotite,chalcopyrite,etc. The gangue minerals are mainly calcite,chlorite,quartz,mica and so on. The main structure of ore is massive structure and disseminated structure,including granular structure,acicular(rod)structure,metasomatic structure,pseudomorphic(semi-pseudomorphic)structure,filling structure,scaly structure and patchy structure. The technological granularity of useful minerals such as magnetite,hematite and pyrite is generally larger than that of gangue minerals such as calcite,chlorite,mica and quartz. Some pseudo-hematite closely connected with magnetite has fine granularity,which is produced in the form of metasomatic arc and metasomatic edge,and can be recovered and utilized in mineral processing. Some-0.070 mm granular pyrite and pyrrhotite metasomatize magnetite,which are closely linked and difficult to dissociate monomer,which will adversely affect the sulfur content in iron concentrate.
