摘  要:针对硫化矿浮选废水中残留黄药难以有效降解的问题,通过水热法制备可见光响应光催化剂卷心菜状钨酸铋(Bi2WO6),利用XRD、SEM、EDS、UV-Vis DRS对钨酸铋纳米材料进行物相表征,分析其晶体结构、元素组成、形貌及光学性质,进而系统地研究光催化剂投加量、黄药初始浓度、溶液pH值等因素对光催化降解黄药的影响。通过自由基淬灭试验确定降解黄药的活性氧化物种,并利用可见-紫外分光光度计的全谱扫描初步分析黄药降解过程。结果表明:在催化剂投加量为0.5 g/L,黄药浓度为80 mg/L的条件下,光催化1 h黄药的降解率高达99.11%,COD去除率达到75.09%。超氧自由基(O2-·)在黄药光催化氧化降解过程中起主要作用,过黄药为降解过程的中间产物。研究结果提供了一种高效、经济降解选矿废水残留黄药的环境友好型技术,可以促进选矿废水的循环利用。In order to remove residual xanthate from flotation wastewater of sulfide ore which was difficulte to be de-graded,cabbage-like visible-light responsive bismuth tungstate(Bi2WO6) photocatalyst was prepared via hydrothermal meth-od. The bismuth tungstate nanomaterials were characterized by XRD,SEM,EDS and UV-Vis DRS to analyze crystal struc-ture,element composition,morphology,and optical properties of the synthesized photocatalyst. Furthermore,the effects ofphotocatalyst dosage,initial xanthate concentration,and p H value of solution on the photocatalytic oxidation of xanthatewere investigated systematically. The active species responsible for the degradation of xanthate was determined by free radi-cal quenching tests. The degradation process of xanthate was also analyzed utilizing full-spectrum scan of UV-Vis spectropho-tometer. The results showed that under the conditions of 0.5 g/L catalyst dosage and 80 mg/L xanthate concentration,the deg-radation rate of xanthate reached as high as 99.11%,and the COD removal rate was 75.09% within one hour of irradiation. Su-peroxide radical(O2-·)plays a major role in the photocatalytic oxidation of xanthate,and peroxide xanthate was produced in degradation process. The results will provide an environmentally friendly technology to remove residual xanthate from flota-tion wastewater in a cost-effective fashion,facilitating the reuse of flotation wastewater.
