摘 要:为探究风速对矿井火灾蔓延规律的影响,提升矿井火灾的人员逃生率,采用Pyrosim火灾仿真模拟软件,仿照矿井巷道构建模型,按照矿井火灾的特点设置火源及反应类型,分别在风速为0.5 m/s、1 m/s、2 m/s、3 m/s、4m/s和5 m/s 6种工况下进行数值模拟。模拟结束后,对数值模拟的温度及烟雾浓度数据进行处理分析,并采用Tecplot数值模拟可视化分析软件对切片进行分析。得到3 m/s风速下各监测点稳定温度随监测点距火源距离的增大先快速降低后缓慢升高至稳定,温度的下降速度较其他工况快,且稳定温度在人的承受极限内;各工况下监测点稳定温度随距离的曲线拟合呈幂函数分布,且系数与风速呈二次函数关系;3 m/s风速下稳定烟雾浓度相比于其他工况的稳定烟雾浓度低。得出:3 m/s左右的风速最利于矿井火灾人员逃生,且最经济;矿井外因火灾稳定温度与火源距离和风速间的函数公式。In order to explore the impact of wind speed on the law of mine fire spread and improve the escape rate of personnel in mine fire,the Pyrosim fire simulation software is adopted to simulate the mine roadway and establish the model. According to the characteristics of mine fire,the fire source and reaction type are set,and the numerical simulation is made under six conditions of wind speed at 0.5 m/s,1 m/s,2 m/s,3 m/s,4 m/s and 5 m/s,respectively. At the simulation,the temperature and smoke concentration data are processed and analyzed,and the slices are analyzed by Tecplot numerical simulation visualization analysis software. The results show that the steady temperature of each monitoring point at the wind speed of3 m/s decreases rapidly with the increase of the distance between the monitoring point and the fire source,and then increases slowly till to be stable. The steady temperature decreases faster than that of other working conditions,but is within the endurance limit of personnel. The curve fitting of the steady temperature at each monitoring point with the distance shows a power function distribution,and the coefficient is a quadratic function of the wind speed. Under the 3 m/s wind speed,the steady fog concentration is lower than that of other conditions. It is concluded that the wind speed of about 3 m/s is feasible and economical for escape from the mine fire. The function formula among the steady temperature of the mine external fire,the fire source distance,and the wind speed is obtained.
