摘  要:某电厂二号机组在正常运行过程中,由于一次调频动作导致机组负荷大幅度波动。通过对事件过程的回溯及分析,判定其直接原因为汽轮机高压调节阀阀杆断裂。后通过制定有效的应对措施,机组得以继续安全可靠运行。机组停运后经解体检查,门杆损坏的实际情况与原判断相符。在与设备厂家沟通并采用其新型阀杆连接结构后,高压调节阀调节动作正常,安全隐患消除。During the normal operation of Unit 2 in a power plant,the load of the unit fluctuated greatly due to the primary frequency modulation.Through the retrospective analysis of the process,it was determined that the direct cause was the stem fracture of the high pressure regulating valve of the steam turbine.Effective countermeasures were then taken and the unit could continue to operate safely and reliably.The actual damage to the door pole found in later inspections verified the original judgement.After communicating with the equipment manufacturer and adopting the new valve stem connection,the regulating actions of the high-pressure regulating valve turn normal and hidden hazards are eliminated.
