摘  要:针对电化学气体检测传感器的不足,基于NDIR和PID传感器设计了气体检测系统。采用AD8605+AD7190设计了带增益的IV转换和同相放大电路采样传感器数据,辅以ADM3202+MCP2200+AD5420+AD5700提供了串口、USB和兼容HART的4~20 mA输出的通信接口。详细介绍了电路的基本原理、关键参数选型和配置流程。下位机软件负责采样数据的计算和传输,基于java和LabVIEW的上位机软件实现了数据的hsqldb存储和显示。以海曼NDIR-CO2传感器和S1226为例进行了测试,结果表明系统运行稳定,丰富了气体检测的设计方法,具有一定的实用价值。In view of the shortcomings of electrochemical gas sensors,a gas detection system based on NDIR and PID sensors is designed.IV conversion and in-phase amplifier circuits with gain are designed by using AD8605+AD7190 for sensor sampling,supplemented by ADM3202+MCP2200+AD5420+AD5700 providing communication interfaces for RS232,USB and hart-compatible 4~20 mA outputs.The basic principle of circuits,key parameters selection and configuration flow are introduced in detail.The lower computer software is responsible for data sampling and transmission,and the upper computer software realizes hsqldb storage and display of data based on java and LabVIEW.HEIMANN NDIR-CO2 sensor and S1226 are taken as examples to undergo the tests.The results show that the system runs stably and enriches the methods of designing gas detection,which is of certain practical value.
