摘　　要：羊布鲁氏杆菌病是由马耳他布鲁氏杆菌(B.melitensis)侵害山羊、绵羊的生殖系统导致的以流产、不孕和关节炎为特征的细菌性疾病,是严重困扰养羊业的重要疾病之一,该病也是一种重要的人畜共患传染病。布鲁氏杆菌中以B.melitensis对人的侵袭力最强、感染率最高,严重危害人类的健康。当前我国对发病率较高的一类地区实施免疫-检疫-扑杀的措施,这对该病的诊断提出了更高的要求,除了要能够区分自然感染和疫苗免疫外,还要根据羊布鲁氏杆菌病的感染特点制订更加完善的诊断策略,才能最大限度保证检测的准确性,确保我国布鲁氏杆菌病防治计划的顺利实施。文章结合羊布鲁氏杆菌感染的流行病学特点对免疫背景下该病的诊断进行综述,以期为该病的防控提供理论依据和参考。Ovine and Caprine Brucellosis is a bacterial disease with the characteristics of abortion,infertility and arthritis caused by B.melitensis for invading the reproductive system of goats and sheep.It is one of the important diseases that restrict the development of sheep and goat industry.This disease is also an important zoonosis for its pathogens,B.melitensis has the strongest invasiveness and highest infection rate among humans,which seriously endangers human health.Under the current vaccination,quarantine and elimination policies in the region of class I in China,higher requirements were put forward for the diagnosis of Brucellosis.The diagnosis needed not only the differential ability of natural infection and vaccination but also a perfectly designed diagnostic program according to the features of infection to ensure the accuracy of detection and implementation of preventive plan.Therefore,the diagnosis under background of vaccination will be described combined with the epidemiological characteristics of Ovine and Caprine Brucellosis in this paper to provide theoretical basis and reference for the prevention and control of the disease.
