中草药在琼中山鸡健康养殖中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：为了探讨中草药在琼中山鸡健康养殖中的应用效果,试验选取1日龄琼中山鸡800只,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组山鸡全程饲喂普通基础日粮,试验组山鸡于第5周开始在基础日粮中添加1%的中草药保健剂(含穿心莲、鱼腥草、麻杏石甘等成分)进行饲养试验,每周最后一天试验鸡空腹称重,计算日增重,17周龄时抽取活鸡送检,测定鸡肉中有毒有害物质含量,分析养殖经济效益。结果表明:5~6周龄时试验组山鸡体重显著低于对照组(P<0.05),7~17周龄时试验组山鸡体重超过对照组,但无显著差异(P>0.05);试验组山鸡日增重1~6周龄时低于对照组,7~17周龄时高于对照组;除铅含量外,对照组和试验组山鸡肉中主要有毒有害物质均未检出,且试验组山鸡肉中铅含量低于对照组;试验组山鸡的死淘率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),具有更好的经济效益。说明中草药对琼中山鸡的生长性能、药物残留和经济效益均有良好的影响,可以在琼中山鸡健康养殖中应用。In order to investigate the effect of Chinese herbal medicine on health breeding of Qiongzhong pheasant,800 one-day-old Qiongzhong pheasants were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The animals in the control group were fed with common basal diet throughout the whole process,and the animals in the experimental group were fed with common basal diet supplemented with 1%Chinese herbal medicine(containing Andrographis Paniculata,Herba Houttuyniae,mangosteen,etc.).The pheasant was weighed to calculate daily gain in the last day of the week.17-week-old living chickens were sent to determine the content of toxic and harmful substances in chicken meat,and then to analyze the economic benefits of breeding.The results showed that the weight of the experimental group chickens(5-6 weeks old)was significantly lower than that of the control chickens(P<0.05),and that of experimental group chickens(7-17 weeks)more than the control chickens’weight,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The daily gain of experimental group was lower than that of the control group at the age of 1-6 weeks and higher than that of the control group at the age of 7-17 weeks.The main toxic substances in two group chickens were lower than the food safety standard except for lead,and the lead content in the experimental group chickens was lower than that in the control group.The mortality rate of the experimental group chickens was significantly lower than that of the control chickens,which had good economic benefits.This study indicated that Chinese herbal medicine feeding has a good effect on the production performance、reducing drug residues and enriching economic benefits of Qiongzhong pheasant,and it could be used in Qiongzhong pheasant healthy breeding and had better economic benefit.
