摘  要:为了阐明高原牦牛肺脏组织iNOS基因表达随年龄增长的变化趋势及特点,试验以1日龄、30日龄、180日龄和成年四个发育阶段的高原牦牛为研究对象,采用qRT-PCR及Western-blot方法对不同发育阶段牦牛肺脏组织iNOS mRNA及蛋白相对表达进行测定。结果表明:从出生至成年,高原牦牛肺脏组织iNOS mRNA及蛋白表达水平均表现为先增高后降低的趋势,这可能是高原牦牛肺脏组织在生长过程中为适应高原低氧环境而形成的适应策略。To reveal the change trend and characteristics of iNOS gene expression in yak(Bos grunniens)lung tissues with the increase of age,four plateau Yaks(one-day-old,30-day-old,180-day-old,and adult)were selected as the research objects,the relative expression of iNOS mRNA and protein in yak lung tissues at different development stages by qRT-PCR and Western-blot.The results showed that the expression of iNOS mRNA and protein in the lung tissue of plateau yaks increased at first and then declined from the birth to the adulthood,which was probably an adaptive strategy for yak lung tissues to adapt to plateau hypoxia environment during the growth process.
