摘 要:针对典型的家庭用电方式,划分了家庭用电的类型,并给出了典型用电设备,如做饭,洗衣,空调,电热水器以及电动汽车的用电策略和约束,以用电费用最小化为目标函数,构建了居民智能家居用电管理调度控制策略优化模型,利用编程和结合实际典型家庭的数据,得到了用电控制策略的最优解。研究发现,智能用电管理能有效节约家庭的用电费用,并且对于用户用电曲线有移峰填谷的作用,对电力工业节能减排有一定效果。Considering typical household electricity consumption model,this paper classifies the type of the household electricity consumption,and gives the control strategies and constraints for typical smart equipment,such as cooking device,washing machine,air-conditioner,electric water heater and electric vehicle.With the objective function of minimum electricity consumption cost,the paper establishes the optimum model of electricity management and dispatching oriented the smart electricity consumption of resident,and gives electrical control strategy an optimum solution by the programming method and a case study.The results show that the smart electricity management can save the electricity cost of the residents effectively,and it is of peak load shifting effect on the consumers’load curve,which has an effect on the low carbon economics in electricity industry.
