纯棉深色系列省水工艺的探讨与应用

摘　　要：对纯棉针织物采用中性皂洗剂RY-280与棉用省水固色剂RY-868组合的省水工艺处理进行探讨,并对组合处理的产品质量进行检测。结果表明,较传统工艺而言,中性皂洗剂RY-280与棉用省水固色剂RY-868组合的省水工艺可省水4~6道,减少废水近30.00%,节约时间20.00%。同时色牢度、顶破强力、吸水性等均较好于传统工艺处理的织物。This paper discusses the water-saving treatment of pure cotton knitwear with the combination of neutral soap detergent RY-280 and water-saving fixing agent RY-868, and tests the product quality of the combined treatment. Compared with the traditional process, the water-saving process of the combination of the neutral soaping agent RY-280 and the water-saving fixing agent RY-868 for cotton can save 4 to 6 vats of water,reduce wastewater by nearly 30.00%, and save time by 20.00%. At the same time, the color fastness, bursting strength and water absorption of the fabric are better than those of the traditional process.
