摘  要:首先以水合肼和异硫氰酸苯酯为原料,制得4-苯基-硫代氨基脲(M);再以罗丹明B和水合肼为原料,经闭环反应制备了罗丹明酰肼(1, RHa);然后在四氢呋喃溶剂中,化合物1在0~5℃条件下与三聚氯嗪经缩合取代反应,生成一缩产物罗丹明B酰肼-三聚氯嗪化合物(2, RHC);最后在氮气氛围下,化合物2进一步与M在45~50℃下发生亲核取代反应,合成了新化合物罗丹明B酰肼-三聚氯嗪-硫代氨基脲(3, RCP),其结构经1H NMR、 IR、 HR-MS和元素分析表征。RCP可在DMF-H2O溶液[V(DMF)/V(H2O)=1/1]中检测Hg^2+,并且在5.0~9.0μmol/L呈良好的线性关系。Firstly, 4-phenyl-thiosemicarbazide(M) was prepared from hydrazine hydrate and phenyl isothiocyanate. Rhodamine hydrazide(1, RHa) was prepared by ring closure reaction using Rhodamine B and hydrazine hydrate as raw materials. Then, in tetrahydrofuran solvent, compound 1 and trichlorochlorazine are condensed and substituted to form a condensation product Rhodamine B hydrazide-trichlorochloride compound(2, RHC). Finally, under N2 atmosphere, compound 2 with M is further refluxed at 45~50 ℃, A nucleophilic substitution reaction occurs to produce a new compound: Rhodamine B hydrazide-trichlorochloride-thiosemicarbazide(3, RCP). Compound 3 has not been reported. Its structure was characterized by 1H NMR, IR, HR-MS and elemental analysis. RCP can detect Hg^2+ in DMF-H2O solution [V(DMF)/V(H2O)=1/1] and exhibit a good linear relationship between 5.0~9.0 μmol/L.
