摘　　要：苯胺是人们日常生活及化工工业中重要的化工原料之一,可经完整皮肤,呼吸道及消化道进入人体,对人体多个系统均能造成损害,包括对血液、肝脏和脾脏的毒性或致癌性。本文阐述了苯胺对人体的健康的直接影响及苯胺通过环境的污染对人体健康产生的间接危害,并对苯胺导致健康危害将来研究的方向进行了展望。Aniline is one of the important chemical raw materials in daily life and the chemical industry.Aniline exposure might occur through intact skin,respiratory tract and digestive tract.It could pose negative impacts on many organs and systems of the human body,including toxicity or carcinogenicity to blood,liver,and spleen.This paper summarized the direct effects of aniline on human health and the indirect hazards of aniline on human health through environmental pollution and discussed the future research directions of aniline?induced health hazards.
