摘 要:目的:比较猪尾导管与传统胸腔引流管在肺叶切除术后的应用效果。方法:选取2017年2月-2019年2月本院行肺叶切除手术治疗的84例患者,根据简单随机法分为对照组与观察组,每组42例。对照组术后采用传统胸腔引流管置管引流,观察组术后采用猪尾导管置管引流。比较两组术后引流总量、引流管留置及术后住院时间,采用数字评分法(NRS)评估并比较两组术后第1、2、3天睡前疼痛严重程度,比较两组术后并发症发生情况。结果:两组术后引流总量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组引流管留置及术后住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后第1、2、3天NRS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与传统胸腔引流管比较,猪尾导管不但可缩短患者肺叶切除术后引流管留置及住院时间,还可明显减轻患者术后疼痛和降低术后并发症发生率。Objective:To compare the application effect of pigtail catheter and traditional thoracic drainage tube after pulmonary lobectomy.Method:A total of 84 patients underwent pulmonary lobectomy in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to simple random method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional thoracic drainage tube catheter drainage after the surgery,and the observation group was treated with pigtail catheter drainage after the surgery.The total amount of postoperative drainage,drainage tube indwelling and postoperative hospitalization time of two groups were compared.The severity of pain at 1,2 and 3 d after surgery in the two groups were evaluated and compared by numerical rating scale(NRS).The postoperative complications of two groups was compared.Result:There was no significant difference in the total amount of postoperative drainage between the two groups(P>0.05).The drainage tube indwelling and postoperative hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).NRS scores at 1,2 and 3 d after surgery of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional thoracic drainage tube,the pigtail catheter can not only shorten the drainage tube indwelling and postoperative hospitalization time of patients after lobectomy,but also significantly reduce postoperative pain and the incidence of postoperative complications.
