摘 要:针对油井常规热水反洗井清蜡方法费用高、污染地层的问题,研发了自能蒸汽自动热洗油井在线清蜡装置,利用水源井自产液体和油井伴生气作为油井热洗的洗井液和能源,达到节能、清蜡、保护油层和安全生产的目的。现场应用表明:该装置具有移动方便、自动化程度高、操作简单、清蜡成本低、不污染油层的特点。Aiming at the problem of high cost and pollution of formation caused by conventional hot water backwash method in oil wells, an on-line paraffin removal device for self-energy steam automatic hot washing oil wells is developed. The self-produced liquid of water source wells and associated gas of oil wells are used as washing fluid and energy for hot washing oil wells to achieve the purposes of energy saving, paraffin removal, reservoir protection and safe production. Field application shows the device has the characteristics of convenient movement, high automation, simple operation, low cost of wax removal.
