摘 要:近年来,随着节能工作的不断深入,缠绕管式换热器以其密封性能好、换热效率高等特点逐步走入芳烃联合装置,先后在芳烃联合装置中歧化装置、异构化装置中应用。由此介绍了缠绕管式换热器的结构特点,通过缠绕管式换热器在洛阳石化芳烃联合装置异构化单元中的实际应用,对比前后数据,进行分析讨论,得出缠绕管式换热器在芳烃联合装置异构化单元中的节能效果。In recent years,with the development of energy conservation,the spiral tube heat exchanger has gradually entered the aromatics combined unit with its good sealing performance and high heat exchange efficiency,and has been successively applied in the disproportionation unit and isomerization unit in the aromatics combined unit.This paper briefly introduces the structural characteristics of the spiral tube heat exchanger.Through the practical application of the spiral tube heat exchanger in the isomerization unit of Luoyang Petrochemical aromatics combined unit,the energy-saving effect of the spiral tube heat exchanger in the isomerization unit of aromatics combined unit is obtained by comparing the data before and after analysis and discussion.
