摘　　要：为使化纤污水处理装置与生产装置同时投入运行,需先对精对苯二甲酸(PTA)污水场的活性污泥进行驯化。用TA残渣作为配制工业水的原料,用乙酸调节污水pH值至10左右,IC系统投入厌氧菌种,好氧污泥以炼油污水场污泥和部分PTA污水场污泥,经过接种、间歇曝气、连续曝气、提高负荷及毒物耐受等阶段的驯化,达到了与生产装置同时开工的要求。In order to put the chemical fiber wastewater treatment plant and production plant into operation at the same time,it is necessary to domesticate the activated sludge of the purified terephthalic acid(PTA)sewage field.Using TA residues as raw materials for the preparation of industrial water,and adjusting the pH value of wastewater to about 10 with acetic acid,puts anaerobic bacteria into IC system.Aerobic sludge uses sludge from refinery wastewater treatment plant and part of sludge from PTA wastewater treatment plant.After domestication at the stages of inoculation,intermittent aeration,continuous aeration,and improvement of load and poison tolerance,the requirements for simultaneous operation with the production unit were achieved.
