摘　　要：目的:对比鼻内镜手术与鼻内镜下泪前隐窝入路手术治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的效果。方法:选取2014年1月-2019年1月本院收治的68例鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各34例。观察组给予鼻内镜下泪前隐窝入路手术治疗,对照组给予鼻内镜手术治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床指标、复发率及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间、住院时间及术中出血量均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后1个月复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后6个月复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与单纯鼻内镜手术相比,鼻内镜下泪前隐窝入路手术治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤可明显提高临床效果,缩短手术时间、减少术中出血量,降低复发率和并发症发生率,促进患者恢复,值得临床推广。Objective:To compare the effects of nasalendoscopic surgery and endoscopic anterior lacrimal sinus surgery for the treatment of inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinus.Method:A total of 68 patients with inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinus admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2019 were selected.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 34 cases each.The observation group was treated with endoscopic anterior lacrimal sinus surgery,and the control group was treated with endoscopic surgery.The clinical efficacy,clinical indicators,recurrence rate and complications of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The operation time,hospital stay and intraoperative blood loss in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in recurrence rate at 1 month after surgery between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate at 6 months after surgery in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compare with simple endoscopic surgery,endoscopic anterior lacrimal sinus surgery for the treatment of inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinus can significantly improve the clinical effect,shorten the operation time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,reduce recurrence rate and complication rate,and promote the recovery of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
