摘　　要：20世纪70年代,“塔克-伍德”命题的提出引发了英美分析马克思主义者关于“马克思与正义”问题的长久争论。这一争论主要涉及四个主题:马克思对正义的看法,资本主义剥削的性质,马克思批判资本主义的依据,共产主义社会的图景。英美分析马克思主义者关于“马克思与正义”问题的观点不乏深刻见解,但也有许多误解。必须以马克思主义经典文本为依据,探求“马克思与正义”问题的真实原貌,完整、准确地理解“马克思与正义”这一理论问题。In the 1970s,"The Tucker-Wood thesis"triggered the long-lasting debate about"Marx and justice"in Britain and America.The debate involves four themes,namely,Marx's view of justice,the nature of exploitation of capitalism,the basis of Marx's criticism of capitalism and the prospect of communist society.About"Marx and justice",there are many profound points of view and also many mistakes in analyzing Marxist.We should understand the problem of"Marx and justice"based on the classic text of Marxism.
