引资引智推动乡村振兴中的利益联结问题研究——基于对枝江市的调查

摘　　要：乡村振兴战略是新时代推进农业全面升级、农村全面进步、农民全面发展的新部署。枝江市在积极探索乡村振兴实现路径的过程中,积极发挥引资引智市场主体的作用,注重其与农业、农村、农民的融合发展和利益共享,在乡村振兴的利益联结问题上划分出中介模式、雇佣模式、代理模式、保姆模式、股东模式、混合模式。本文分析了各种模式的具体表现、可取之处与不足,并建议从利益实现、利益保障、利益约束、利益分配、利益调节等方面探索推动乡村振兴的利益联结新路径。The strategy of rural revitalization is a new deployment for the comprehensive upgrading of agriculture,overall progress of rural area and comprehensive development of farmers in new era.The Zhi Jiang government makes full use of the role of the capital and talents introduction in the process of the exploration of rural revitalization realization path.They lay emphasis on the integrative development and benefit sharing among agriculture,villages and farmers.They have constructed lots of patterns in the field of interest connection,such as mediator pattern,employment pattern,shareholder pattern,etc.And at the same time,they have analyzed the specific performance of the patterns and their advantages and disadvantages.We should explore new routes for boosting rural revitalization in the field of interest realization,interest guarantee,interest restriction,interest distribution and interest adjustment.
