失能老人的机构适应与介护支持研究——日本S特别养护院的经验启示

摘　　要：失能老人由于其身心特点,在入住养老机构后比一般老人更容易出现适应障碍,从而影响其生存质量。日本养老机构以介护理念为指导,强调尊重老人主体性的自立支援,将其贯穿于整体的护理服务计划之中,充分满足失能老人尊严养老的需求。日本养老机构在设置安养环境、促进内部群体交往、提供精准化护理、挖掘老人潜能优势等方面的实践,为我国医养型机构建设失能老人生活适应的社会支持体系提供了借鉴经验。Due to physical and mental characteristics,Disabled elders are more difficult to adapt the institution than the general,and thereby affect their life quality.Guided by the concept of intermediary nursing,Japanese nursing institutions emphasize"self-reliance support"that respects the subjectivity of the elders.The concept of intermediary nursing runs through the whole service plan,which can fully meet the needs of the dignity of the disabled elders.The practice in setting up nursing environment,promoting internal group communication,providing accurate nursing care,and tapping the elders'potential advantages,etc.,which provides reference experience for promoting the construction of the ecological support system for the disabled elders in nursing institutions of china.
