摘 要:目的:分析利尿合剂对尿路感染(UTI)大鼠的抗感染作用。方法:制备100只大鼠UTI模型,按随机数字表分为模型组、阳性治疗组、高剂量组、中剂量组及低剂量组,各20只;另取20只正常大鼠为对照组。模型组与对照组均给予0.9%氯化钠溶液;阳性治疗组给予左氧氟沙星治疗;高剂量组以18.0 g/kg利尿合剂治疗;中剂量组以9.0 g/kg利尿合剂治疗;低剂量组以4.5 g/kg利尿合剂治疗。比较六组肾脏及膀胱菌落计数及炎症反应情况。结果:治疗2、4 d后,模型组、阳性治疗组、中剂量组及低剂量组的肾脏及膀胱菌落计数与炎症反应评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗4 d后,高剂量组肾脏及膀胱菌落计数与炎症反应评分与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2、4 d后高剂量组肾脏及膀胱菌落计数与炎症反应评分均低于模型组、阳性治疗组、中剂量组及低剂量组(P<0.05)。结论:高剂量利尿合剂对UTI大鼠的抗感染作用较好,可控制肾脏及膀胱的炎症反应。Objective:To analyze the anti-infection effect of Diuretic Mixture on urinary tract infection(UTI)rats.Method:A total of 100 rat models of UTI were prepared and divided into model group,positive treatment group,high dose group,medium dose group and low dose group,20 rats in each group.Another 20 normal rats were selected as the control group.The model group and control group were given 0.9%Sodium Chloride Solution.The positive treatment group was treated with Levofloxacin.The high dose group was treated with a Diuretic Mixture of 18.0 g/kg.The medium dose group was treated with 9.0 g/kg Diuretic Mixture.The low dose group was treated with Diuretic Mixture 4.5 g/kg.The colony counts and inflammatory reaction of kidney and bladder in six groups were compared.Result:After 2 and 4 d of treatment,the colony counts and inflammatory reaction scores of kidney and bladder in the model group,the positive treatment group,the medium dose group and the low dose group were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 4 d of treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the colony counts and inflammatory reaction scores of kidney and bladder between the high dose group and the control group(P>0.05).After 2 and 4 d of treatment,the colony counts and inflammatory reaction scores of kidney and bladder in the high dose group were lower than those of the model group,the positive treatment group,the medium dose group and the low dose group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The anti-infection effect of Diuretic Mixture for the UTI rats is better,it can control the inflammation of kidney and bladder.
