胺碘酮联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗冠心病高血压的临床效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨胺碘酮联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗冠心病高血压的临床效果及安全性。方法:选取2018年5月-2019年5月本院收治的冠心病高血压患者84例。依据随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组42例。对照组应用胺碘酮,研究组在对照组基础上联合应用苯磺酸氨氯地平。比较两组的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后的相关血压指标。结果:治疗后,研究组的24 h DBP及SBP水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为95.2%,显著高于对照组的78.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:给予冠心病高血压患者应用胺碘酮联合苯磺酸氨氯地平进行治疗,可显著提高患者的临床治疗有效率,降低患者的收缩压及舒张压水平,且安全性高。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Amiodarone combined with Amlodipine Besylate in the treatment of coronary heart disease and hypertension.Method:A total of 84 patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group and control group,42 cases in each group.The control group was given Amiodarone,the study group applied Amlodipine Besylate in combination with the control group.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and blood pressure before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the DBP and SBP levels of the study group at 24 h were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was 95.2%,significantly higher than 78.6%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Amiodarone combined with Amlodipine Besylate can significantly improve the efficiency of clinical treatment,reduce the systolic and diastolic blood pressure,and have high safety.
