拉链袖棉衣理疗模式在脑卒中偏瘫患者康复治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析拉链袖棉衣理疗模式在脑卒中偏瘫患者康复治疗中的应用效果。方法:选择2018年11月-2019年4月于本院接受康复治疗的40例脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,每组20例。对照组采用普通棉衣理疗模式,治疗组采用拉链袖棉衣理疗模式。比较两组理疗前准备时间、累计花费时间、2 h内完成人次、对康复治疗的满意度及理疗效果。结果:治疗组理疗前准备时间(41.26±3.15)s、累计花费时间(31.23±4.38)min,均短于对照组的(149.26±5.39)s、(36.82±4.43)min(P<0.05);治疗组工作人员2 h内完成(6.46±0.57)例次,多于对照组的(5.29±0.62)例次(P<0.05)。治疗组患者对康复治疗的满意度为95.00%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。两组理疗前后理疗效果(活动功能)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:拉链袖棉衣理疗模式用于脑卒中偏瘫患者的康复治疗,可提高其理疗效率及便捷性,改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of zipper sleeve cotton coat physiotherapy mode in the rehabilitation therapy of patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Method:Forty patients with hemiplegia after stroke who underwent rehabilitation therapy in our hospital from November 2018 to April 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table,20 cases in each group.The control group used the ordinary cotton physiotherapy mode,and the treatment group used the zipper sleeve cotton coat physiotherapy mode.The preparation time before the physiotherapy,the cumulative time spent,the number of completions within 2 hours,and the satisfaction with the rehabilitation treatment and the effect of physiotherapy between the two groups were compared.Result:The physiotherapy preparation time and the cumulative time in the treatment group were(41.26±3.15)s and(31.23±4.38)min,which were shorter than(149.26±5.39)s and(36.82±4.43)min in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group completed the number of people within 2 hours was(6.46±0.57),which was higher than(5.29±0.62)of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the treatment group was 95.00%,which was higher than 70.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Before and after physiotherapy,the difference in physiotherapy efficacy(activity function)of two groups were not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The zipper sleeve cotton coat physiotherapy mode is used for the rehabilitation of patients with hemiplegia after stroke,which can improve the therapeutic efficiency and convenience and improve the satisfaction of patients with hemiplegia after stroke.
