摘 要:在建设海洋强国和“一带一路”重大倡议的新时代背景下,航运业发展日新月异。船员作为航运业直接从业者,一直是航运业持续健康发展的中坚力量。众多女性船员登船工作是我国船员队伍发展的新形势,重视女船员权益保障工作对于提高航运界性别平等意识、推动我国船员队伍高质量发展具有重要意义。目前我国女船员权益保障的现实困境主要包括相关法律制度缺失、生育权保障难题、性别歧视现象突出、船舶工作条件艰苦等问题。应以所面临的挑战为切入点,从法律制度保护、自主维权机制、船舶自身工作条件、公共服务能力等多角度完善女船员权益保障制度,切实保障女船员的合法权益不受侵犯,推动我国船员队伍平衡且平等发展。Shipping industry has enjoyed a robust growth in the new era of building China into a maritime power and the China-proposed Belt and Road Initiative.As direct practitioners in the industry,crew members have been the main force for its sustainable healthy development.It is of great importance for the improvement of gender equality awareness in the shipping industry and the cultivation of a group of high-quality sailors for China to strengthen the protection of female crew’s rights and interests,as more and more women join the rank.However,domestic female sailors have been generally faced with the absence of relevant laws and institutions,the difficulties in safeguarding their reproductive rights,the ubiquity of gender discrimination,and harsh working environment.Therefore,it is proposed that efforts should be made to strengthen institutional building of female crew members’rights and interests from the perspectives of legal protection,independent protection mechanism,the working environment on board,and public services capacities in a drive to guarantee their rights and interests from infringed and promote a balanced and healthy development of Chinese crew members.
