摘  要:针对智能电网调度控制系统存在的对电网运行信息掌握不够全面,以及难以实现在线安全分析和最优负荷转移等问题,开展了电网精细化在线安全分析及应急处置预案智能生成设计研究。首先,基于D5000系统完成电网在线安全分析及智能决策功能整体设计及系统功能结构设计;其次,进行了功能设计与开发,并提出了防止连锁过载的地区电网负荷转移策略;最后,以北京电网夏季负荷运行过载为例,验证了在线安全分析方法及应急处置预案的有效性,可为电网精细化和可靠性运行提供技术支撑。In view of the problems of the intelligent power grid dispatching control system,such as the lack of comprehensive control of the power grid operation information,and the difficulty of online security analysis and optimal load transfer,the research on the refined online security analysis of power grid and the intelligent generation design of emergency response plan is carried out.Firstly,based on D5000 system,the online security analysis and intelligent decision-making function design and system function structure design are completed.Secondly,the function design and development are carried out,and the load transfer strategy of regional power grid to prevent chain overload is proposed.Finally,taking summer load operation overload of Beijing Power Grid as an example,the effectiveness of online security analysis method and emergency response plan,which can provide technical support for grid refinement and reliability operation is verified.
