摘　　要：针对现有配电网保护动作选择性差以及小电流接地故障保护主要依靠人工拉路选线的问题,提出了配电网多级保护方案。相间短路采用出线开关(断路器)、支线开关与分界开关三级电流保护方式;通过提高出线Ⅰ段保护电流定值,减少越级跳闸率。小电流接地故障保护采用出线断路器与线路上分段开关、支线开关、分界开关多级配合的保护方案,快速就近切除永久性接地故障。在国网山东省电力公司泰安供电公司建立了多级保护示范工程,实际故障动作结果表明所提出的多级保护方案是技术上可行的,能够有效减小故障停电范围,提高供电安全性与可靠性。The existing protection schemes for distribution networks have poor selectivity,and single-phase to earth faults in networks with isolated and compensated neutrals are handled mainly by manual switching.A new stepped protection scheme for distribution protection is proposed.The interphase short circuit faults are protected by three level current protection method deployed in substation breaker,branch line switches and boundary switches.The current setting of overcurrent protection for substation breaker is increased to reduce overreach trappings.The earth faults in networks with isolated and compensated neutrals are protected by multi-stage protection deployed in substation breaker and switches in a feeder.The protection tripping results in the demonstration project in the State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company Tai'an Power Supply Company proved the proposed multi-level protection scheme is technically feasible,can significantly reduction outages caused by faults,and therefore improve service safety and reliability.
