链式护理流程管理对血液透析室护理质量及不良事件发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察链式护理流程管理对血液透析室护理质量及不良事件发生率的影响。方法:将130例行维持性血液透析治疗的患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组65例,对照组采用血液透析常规护理措施予以干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用链式护理流程管理予以干预,两组护理干预时间均为3个月。比较两组并发症、不良事件发生率,采用Frankl量表评估两组干预后治疗依从性,采用自制调查问卷统计两组患者对血液透析护理满意度与投诉率。结果:观察组并发症发生率为3.08%,明显低于对照组的15.38%(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率为6.15%,明显低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。观察组Frankl评分为(2.52±0.47)分,明显高于对照组的(1.97±0.41)分(P<0.05),投诉率为3.08%明显低于对照组的12.31%(P<0.05),护理满意度为90.77%明显高于对照组的73.85%(P<0.05)。结论:链式护理流程管理可有效提高血液透析室护理质量,明显降低并发症、不良事件发生率。Objective:To observe the effect of chain nursing process management on nursing quality and the incidence of adverse events in hemodialysis room.Method:A total of 130 patients treated with routine maintenance hemodialysis were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table,65 cases in each group.The control group was used routine hemodialysis nursing measures to intervene,and the observation group was used chain nursing process management to intervene on the basis of the control group.The nursing intervention time in both two groups was 3 months.The incidence of complications and adverse events of two groups were compared,the Frankl scale was used to evaluate the treatment compliance of patients in two groups after intervention,the satisfaction rate and complaint rate of hemodialysis nursing in two groups were analyzed by self-made questionnaire.Result:The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.08%,which was significantly lower than 15.38%in the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 6.15%,significantly lower than 20.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The Frankl score of the observation group was(2.52±0.47)scores,significantly higher than(1.97±0.41)scores of the control group(P<0.05),and the complaint rate was 3.08%,which was significantly lower than 12.31%of the control group(P<0.05),the nursing satisfaction was 90.77%,which was obviously higher than 73.85%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chain nursing process management can effectively improve the nursing quality of hemodialysis room,significantly reduce the incidence of complications and adverse events.
