摘　　要：目的:探索Orem自理模式与常规护理模式对自然分娩产妇的护理效果、自我护理能力、心理状态的综合研究。方法:回顾性分析2016年4月-2018年5月本院收治的87例自然分娩产妇的资料。自然分娩产妇被归类为Orem自理模式治疗组(研究组):44例产妇采用Orem自理模式进行护理,常规护理模式治疗组(对照组):43例产妇采取常规护理模式进行护理。比较两组护理后自理能力、心理状态及对护理的满意度。结果:研究组护理后自理能力与对护理的满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),HAMA与HAMD评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用Orem自理模式护理自然分娩产妇的效果确切,对比护理后的自理能力、心理状态及对护理的满意度等方面有明显的优势,关于护理后的长期效果该研究未进行深入与进一步探讨,存在一些不足,有待改进。Objective:To explore the nursing effect,self-care ability and psychological state of orem self-care mode and routine nursing modefor natural parturient.Method:From April 2016 to May 2018,the data of 87 cases of for natural parturient were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into Orem self-care model group (the study group):44 cases were given Orem self-care model,routine nursing mode group (the control group):43 cases were given routine nursing mode.The self-care ability,psychological state and satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result:The self-care ability and the satisfaction in study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05),the HAMA score and HAMD score were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of using Orem self-care mode for natural parturient is accurate,there are obvious advantages in self-care ability,psychological state and satisfaction of nursing,the long-term effect of nursing has not been further explored,there are some shortcomings,which needs to be improved.
