摘  要:心血管疾病(CVD)在全世界范围内都是一个重大的公共卫生问题。目前已确定的心血管危险因素并不能完全解释心血管疾病的风险,其他未被证实的因素也可能导致其风险增加。近年来,对CVD预防筛查范围内的肺功能检测指标引起了人们的关注。目前国内外许多关于肺功能减退与心血管疾病关系的研究,分别阐述了肺功能减退与心血管疾病风险及其死亡率的关系,并用于预测风险评估及筛查心血管疾病之中。这些发现将为人们提供关于心血管疾病风险的新思路。本文对目前国内外的一些肺功能减退与心血管疾病的相关性做一综述。Cardiovascular disease(CVD)is a major public health problem worldwide.Current established cardiovascular risk factors do not fully explain the risk of cardiovascular disease,and other unproven factors may also contribute to the increased risk.In recent years,lung function detection indexes within the scope of CVD preventive screening have attracted people’s attention.At present,many studies on the relationship between lung function decline and cardiovascular disease at home and abroad have expounded the relationship between lung function decline and risk of cardiovascular disease and its mortality,which have been used in risk prediction assessment and screening for cardiovascular disease.These findings will provide new insights into cardiovascular risk.In this paper,the correlation between pulmonary dysfunction and cardiovascular disease is reviewed.
