摘 要:针对钻井平台数据采集存在的问题,利用物联网技术,设计钻井平台实时数据感知与采集的专用系统。对钻井现场数据采集系统的总体结构进行设计,设计基于物联网感知技术的钻井平台实时数据采集总体框架;对井场感知节点、随钻感知节点和ZigBee网关等的硬件,设计原理框图,对井场感知节点设计太阳能电池供电电路;对感知节点、网关和监控主机等软件进行设计与实现,对系统软件的QoS进行优化与仿真,以提高感知即服务的质量和时间响应特性。Aiming at solving the problems of data acquisition at drilling platform,a specialized system for real-time data sensing and acquiring of drilling platform was designed using IoT(internet of things)technology.The overall structure of the on-site data acquisition system and the overall framework of real-time data acquisition at drilling platform based on IoT sensing technology were designed.The functional block diagrams of well site sensing nodes,sensing nodes bound to drills and ZigBee gateway were designed,and the solar cell power supply circuit was designed for the well site sensing nodes.The software of sensing nodes,gateways and monitoring hosts was designed and implemented,and the QoS of system software was optimized and simulated to improve the quality of sensor-as-a-service and time response characteristics.
