摘　　要：目的:探究解脲支原体(UU)感染与胎膜早破及不良妊娠结局的关系。方法:选取于2017年1月-2018年12月在本院治疗的胎膜早破患者102例为观察组,无胎膜早破患者102例为对照组。检测两组患者UU感染发生情况,并分析其与胎膜早破及其不良妊娠结局的关系。结果:观察组感染发生率为37.25%,明显高于对照组的8.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组早产儿、低出生体重儿、胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息、新生儿肺炎和剖宫产发生率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中UU阳性患者早产儿、低出生体重儿、胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息和剖宫产发生率均高于UU阴性患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:UU感染在孕期的感染率会增加,其会导致胎膜早破的发生,两者存在紧密联系,而胎膜早破会进一步导致诸多不良妊娠结局,不利于孕妇及新生儿健康,因此孕妇在孕期进行常规检查十分必要,这样可对UU感染进行早发现,早治疗,从而使胎膜早破的发生率大大降低,改善不良妊娠的结局,做到防患于未然。Objective:To investigate the relationship between ureaplasma urealyticum(UU)infection,premature rupture of membranes and adverse pregnancy outcomes.Method:A total of 102 cases of premature rupture of membranes treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the observation group.The control group consisted of 102 patients without premature rupture of membranes.The incidence of UU infection in the two groups were detected and the relationship between UU infection and premature rupture of membranes and adverse pregnancy outcomes was analyzed.Result:The incidence of infection in the observation group was 37.25%,significantly higher than 8.82%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of premature infants,low birth weight infants,fetal distress,neonatal asphyxia,neonatal pneumonia and cesarean section in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of premature infants,low birth weight infants,fetal distress,neonatal asphyxia and cesarean section of UU positive patients in the observation group were higher than those of UU negative patients,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The infection rate of UU infection in pregnancy will increase,which will lead to premature rupture of membranes.There is a close relationship between the two,and premature rupture of membranes will further lead to many adverse pregnancy outcomes,which is not conducive to the health of pregnant women and newborns.Therefore,it is necessary for pregnant women to carry out routine examinations during pregnancy,so that early detection and treatment of UU infection can be carried out,so as to greatly reduce the incidence of premature rupture of membranes,improve the outcome of adverse pregnancy,and achieve prevention.
