尼可地尔对不稳定型心绞痛患者PCI术后血管内皮功能及心绞痛再发作的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨尼可地尔对不稳定型心绞痛患者PCI术后血管内皮功能及心绞痛再发作的影响。方法:选取2017年2月-2019年2月本院收治的不稳定型心绞痛患者PCI术后100例为研究对象,按随机数字表法将患者分成对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组患者PCI术后行常规疗法,观察组患者则在对照组基础上联合尼可地尔片治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后FMD、ET-1、NO指标水平,术后心绞痛再发作情况及MACE发生率。结果:治疗前,两组患者FMD、ET-1、NO水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后3个月,观察组患者FMD、NO指标水平均明显高于对照组,ET-1水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间观察组患者心绞痛发作频率、发作持续时间、MACE总发生率均明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:尼可地尔可改善不稳定型心绞痛患者PCI术后血管内皮功能,降低心肌损伤,降低PCI术后心绞痛再发作及MACE发生率。Objective:To investigate the effect of Nicorandil on vascular endothelial function and the recurrent angina pectoris after PCI in stable angina pectoris.Method:A total of 100 patients with unstable angina pectoris who received PIC treatment in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy after PCI,the observation group was treated with Nicorandil tablets on the basis of the control group.The levels of FMD,ET-1 and NO before and after treatment,the recurrence of angina pectoris and the incidence of MACE were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,the levels of FMD,ET-1 and NO in the two groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).3 months after the operation,the FMD and NO indexes of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the ET-1 level was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant.During the treatment period,the frequency of angina pectoris attack,the duration of angina pectoris and the total incidence of MACE in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nicorandil can promote vascular endothelial function in patients with unstable angina pectoris after PCI,reduces myocardial damage,reduce the frequency of angina pectoris recurrence and MACE after PCI.
