摘  要:目的:分析64排螺旋CT血管成像结合3导联动态心电图对早期冠心病心肌缺血(coronary heart disease-myocardial ischemia,CHD-MI)的诊断价值。方法:选取2018年6月-2019年6月本院收治的88例疑似CHD-MI患者为研究对象,所有患者均进行64排螺旋CT血管成像(CCTA)、3导联动态心电图(DCG-3)及二者联合检查,并以核素心肌灌注显像(MPI)结果作为金标准,分析不同检查方法对早期CHD-MI的诊断价值。结果:以MPI为金标准,联合检查冠状动脉狭窄程度符合率均高于CCTA与DCG-3(P<0.05);联合检查灵敏度、阴性预测值和诊断准确率均高于CCTA与DCG-3(P<0.05)。结论:64排螺旋CT血管成像联合3导联动态心电图检查在早期CHD-MI诊断价值较高,对于提高临床早期CHD-MI诊断准确率有重要作用。Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of 64-slice spiral CT angiography combined with 3-lead dynamic electrocardiogram for early coronary heart disease-myocardial ischemia (CHD-MI).Method:A total of 88 suspected CHD-MI patients admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the study objects.All patients underwent 64-slice spiral CT angiography (CCTA),3-lead dynamic electrocardiogram (DCG-3),and the combined examination of the two,and the results of nuclear myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI) as the gold standard,the diagnostic value of different examination methods for early CHD-MI was analyzed.Result:With MPI as the gold standard,the coincidence rate of combined examination for the degree of coronary stenosis were higher CCTA and DCG-3 (P<0.05).The sensitivity,negative predictive value and diagnostic accuracy of the combined examination were higher than CCTA and DCG-3 (P<0.05).Conclusion:64-slice spiral CT angiography combined with 3-lead dynamic electrocardiography is of high diagnostic value in early CHD-MI,which plays an important role in improving the accuracy of early clinical diagnosis.
