摘  要:目的采用薄膜分散-超声法制备石榴皮有效部位柔性纳米脂质体。方法以包封率为指标,采用响应曲面法设计实验,优化石榴皮有效部位柔性纳米脂质体的制备工艺。结果石榴皮有效部位柔性纳米脂质体的最优制备工艺为:大豆卵磷脂与药物的质量比为16.6∶1,大豆卵磷脂与胆酸钠的质量比为6.2∶1,超声时间为9 min,在此优化条件下,包封率为81.45%,平均粒径为137.3±14 nm,Zeta电位为-25.58±1.9 mV,具有较好的体外缓释作用和较高的体外透皮性。结论响应曲面法优选的石榴皮有效部位柔性纳米脂质体的制备工艺实用、可行。Objective To prepare flexible nano liposomes of the effective site of pomegranate peel by membrane dispersion-ultrasound method.Methods With the entrapment efficiency as an index,response surface analysis was used to design the experiment and optimize the preparation process of flexible nano liposomes.Results The optimal preparation conditions were as follows:the mass ratio of soybean lecithin to drug was 16.6∶1,the mass ratio of soya bean lecithin to sodium cholate was 6.2∶1,and the ultrasound time was 9 min.Under these conditions,the encapsulation efficiency was 81.45%,the average size and Zeta potential were 137.3±14 nm and-25.58±1.9 mV respectively.It greatly prolonged the drug release and penetration rate.Conclusion The preparation of flexible nano liposomes of the effective site of pomegranate pee by response surface method is practicable and feasible.
