心可舒胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗高血压病左心室肥厚的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨心可舒胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗高血压病左心室肥厚(LVH)的效果。方法将收治的98例高血压LVH患者采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组49例。2组均予以缬沙坦治疗,观察组在此基础上加用心可舒胶囊。治疗前、治疗6个月后,评估2组血压[舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)]、左心室结构指标[左室舒张末期内径(LVDD)、左心室舒张末期后壁厚度(LVDPWT)、左心室质量指数(LVMI)、左心室舒张末期室间隔厚度(IVST)]、心功能[左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张早期充盈峰(E)、左心室舒张晚期充盈峰(A)、E/A]和血浆激素水平[醛固酮(ALD)、肾素(renin)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AⅡ)]。结果治疗6个月后,2组DBP和SBP水平均降低(P<0.05),观察组降幅大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗6个月后,2组LVDD、LVDPWT和LVMI水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组降幅大于对照组(P<0.05);2组组间及治疗前IVST水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗6个月后,2组E、E/A均高于治疗前(P<0.05),2组A均低于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组LVEF高于治疗前,2组组间比较差异无统计学意义;治疗6个月后,2组ALD、renin和AⅡ均低于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组降幅大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心可舒胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗高血压病LVH效果良好,临床应用前景可观。Objective To explore the effects of Xinkeshu Capsules combined with valsartan in the treatment of hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH).Methods 98 patients with hypertension and LVH were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method with 49 cases in each group.Both of the 2 groups were treated with valsartan,but observation group was added with Xinkeshu Capsules on this basis.Before treatment and after 6 months of treatment,the blood pressure[diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP)],left ventricular structure indexes[left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVDD),left ventricular end-diastolic posterior wall thickness(LVDPWT),left ventricular mass index(LVMI),left ventricular end-diastolic septal thickness(IVST)],cardiac function[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular diastolic early filling peak(E),left ventricular diastolic peak filling peak(A),E/A]and plasma hormones[aldosterone(ALD),renin,angiotensinⅡ(AⅡ)]were evaluated in the 2 groups.Results After 6 months of treatment,the DBP and SBP levels in the 2 groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the decreases in observation group were greater than those in control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the levels of LVDD,LVDPWT and LVMI in the 2 groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decreases in observation group were greater than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the IVST between the 2 groups and before treatment(P>0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the E and E/A in the 2 groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),while the A in the 2 groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the changes in observation group were larger than those in control group(P<0.05).The LVEF in the 2 groups was higher than that before treatment,and there was no significant difference between the 2 groups(P>0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the ALD,renin and AⅡin the 2 groups were lower than those before tre
