摘　　要：目的综述绞股蓝及其制剂的研究概况,为绞股蓝的进一步研究提供参考。方法查阅相关文献,整理绞股蓝及其制剂的有关资料,并对其进行归纳总结。结果绞股蓝含多种化学成分,主要有皂苷、多糖、黄酮、氨基酸和微量元素等;其具有降血脂、降血糖、抗肿瘤、免疫调节和抗氧化等作用;制剂种类繁多,主要有绞股蓝总苷制剂和绞股蓝复方制剂两大类。结论整理和总结绞股蓝目前研究情况,为后续绞股蓝的深入研究和开发利用提供参考。Objective To review the recent research advances in the Gynostema pentaphyllum and its preparations,and to provide reference for the further research.Methods The relevant literatures and data of Gynostema pentaphyllum and its preparations were collected and summarized.Results Gynostema pentaphyllum contains a variety of chemical components,mainly saponins,polysaccharides,flavonoids,amino acids,trace elements and so on;it has the functions of reducing blood fat,lowering blood sugar,anti-tumor,immune regulation and anti-oxidation.There are many kinds of preparations,including gypenosides and compound preparations.Conclusion This paper summarizes the current research situation of Gynostemma pentaphyllum,and provides reference for further research and development of Gynostemma pentaphyllum.
