摘 要:目的调查多学科门诊患者就诊的满意度情况,为提高患者就医获得感提供依据。方法对2019年4—5月就诊上海市某三甲医院多学科门诊的患者进行问卷调查。结果患者对就诊多学科门诊满意度总体较高。结论提高多学科门诊患者的就医获得感主要方式为,第一,提高患者的就诊效率,缩短等待时间;第二,增进医患沟通,促进患者参与决策,护理人员参与多学科诊疗,应用临床护理路径开展健康教育。Objective To investigate the outpatients’ satisfaction rate with multi-disciplinary consultation service, so as to provide the basis for improving their sense of gain in medical treatment. Methods Questionnaires were distributed to outpatients at the Multi-disciplinary Consultation Center of Shanghai Ruijin Hospital in April and May, 2019. Results The outpatients’ satisfaction rate with multi-disciplinary consultation service was at a high level. Conclusion To improve the outpatients’ sense of gain in medical treatment, the agencies should advance the efficiency and promote patient participation in clinical decision-making. As for the nursing services, nursing staff should participate in multi-disciplinary clinics and apply clinical nursing pathways for health education.
