摘　　要：文章系统性地梳理海军军医战救能力培养的“三段式”体系,对各个阶段的培养内容进行总结和归纳,分析各个培养阶段存在的矛盾和问题。文章对现有海军军医战救能力培养模式进行深入的探讨,提出可供改进的教学方法和内容。This paper systematically combs the "three-stage" system of the training for the navy-doctors’ military medical combat rescue capability, summarizes the training contents of each stage, and analyzes the contradictions and problems existing in each stage. Through in-depth exploration of the current training mode of navy-doctors’ medical combat rescue capability, the paper puts forward teaching approaches and contents that need improving.
