2009—2018年某医院SCI收录论文影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解2009—2018年新疆某三甲医院论文收录情况。方法从医院科研管理信息系统中检索2009—2018年SCI收录的以该院为第一作者单位的论文,并运用SPSS17.0统计软件进行描述性分析及卡方检验,运用EViews软件对未来五年SCI发文情况进行预测。结果该院SCI发文数量总计1089篇,分布在361种杂志中,发文数量排名前10位的期刊共发表文章417篇,占到38.29%;30~39岁人群、正高职称、博士学历作者发文最多分别占到40.13%、55.65%和60.88%;21.21%的文章集中在心脏科学领域;1~2.999分影响因子的文章增长速度最快,五年前后对比差异显著;预测未来五年仍处于增长趋势。结论近十年该院SCI论文数量及质量都有了大幅度的提高,医院各项激励政策和措施起到了极大的促进作用,但高影响因子文章数量有待进一步提升,如何推动学科之间的均衡发展是医院管理部门需要进一步思考的问题。Objective To further understand the status of SCI papers published by a tertiary hospital in Xinjiang from 2009 to 2018.Methods The scientific research management information system was adopted to retrieve the SCI papers published with the hospital as the first signature unit of the first author or corresponding author from 2009 to 2018.SPSS17.0 statistical software was employed for descriptive statistical analysis and chi-square test.EViews software was used to predict the number of SCI papers to be published in the next five years.Results The total number of SCI papers published by the hospital was 1089,which were distributed in 361 journals.The top 10 journals published a sum of 417 papers,accounting for 38.29%.Most papers were published by authors aged between 30 and 39,with senior professional titles,and with doctoral degrees,accounting for 40.13%,55.65%and 60.88%respectively.With regards to the papers,21.21%focused on heart science,and those with an impact factor of 1-2.999 grew fastest,with obvious differences between the first five years and the last five years.It was predicted that there would be a continuously growing trend in the next five years.Conclusion In the past ten years,the quantity and quality of SCI papers published by the hospital have been greatly improved.The incentive policies and measures implemented by the hospital have played a crucial role,but the number of papers with high impact factors needs to be further raised.Besides,how to achieve balanced development among disciplines remains a problem that should be taken into further account.
