摘　　要：目的探讨精细化管理在医院科研论文管理中的应用效果,以进一步提升医院的科研实力及论文产出能力。方法以某院科研管理部门论文管理档案为统计源,于2017年将精细化管理理念融入到学术论文的管理过程中,根据科研目标制定论文发表指标及年度工作任务,通过发挥管理制度的引导和制约作用、加强人才引进及培养、制定科研工作目标、加强科研平台的建设等,充分调动科研人员的积极性,建立学术论文的新型管理模式。结果医院学术论文发表数量持续增长,论文质量明显提高,SCI收录论文、中华系列期刊论文、中文核心期刊论文及非中文核心期刊论文发表数量均有明显的突破性增长。结论将精细化管理理念运用于医院学术论文管理过程中,可以提高管理效益,提高医院的论文产出数量和质量,进而提升医院的学术水平。Objective To explore the application effects of refined management on the management of scientific research papers in hospitals, in order to further enhance the scientific research strength of the hospital and the output capacity of the papers. Methods This research took the paper management achievements of the scientific research management department as the statistical source, and integrated the concept of refined management into the management process of academic papers. A novel management model for academic papers was established, which formulated indicators and annul tasks for publication of papers based on scientific research goals and fully mobilized the enthusiasm of scientific researchers by giving play to the guidance and restriction of the management system, promoting the introduction and training of talents, setting scientific research goals, and strengthening the construction of scientific research platforms. Results The number of academic papers published by the hospital grew continually, and their quality improved significantly. The number of SCI papers, Chinese serial journal papers, Chinese core journal papers and non-Chinese core journal papers all showed significant breakthrough growth. Conclusion Applying the concept of refined management to the hospital academic paper management process can improve management efficiency and promote the quantity and quality of a hospital’s paper output, thus improving the academic level of the hospital.
