瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加味联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加味联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年9月-2019年5月本院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者76例,将患者按数字随机法分为治疗组和对照组,每组38例。对照组采用西医药常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加味。比较两组患者治疗前后心电图指征、心绞痛评分、中医症候积分及疗效判定。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为92.1%,明显高于对照组的71.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组心电图指征改善率为89.5%,明显高于对照组的68.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组心绞痛量化总评分均高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组心绞痛量化总评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加味联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛确有疗效,患者症状减轻,各指标好转,远期疗效可观,可在临床应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Method:A total of 76 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to May 2019 were selected,patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,on the basis of control group,the treatment group combined with Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction was flavored.Electrocardiogram indications,angina pectoris scores,TCM symptom scores and efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:The total clinical response rate of the treatment group was 92.1%,significantly higher than 71.1% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The improvement rate of ecg indication in the treatment group was 89.5%,significantly higher than 68.4% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the total score of angina pectoris quantified in both groups was higher than that those of before treatment,and the treatment group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the total quantitative score of angina pectoris in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction combined with western medicine is effective in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.The symptoms of patients are alleviated,the indexes are improved,and the long-term effect is considerable.It can be used in clinical practice.
