摘　　要：目的:探讨产后康复综合治疗仪对产妇盆底综合肌力情况及并发症的影响。方法:选取2016年4月-2019年4月本院收治2 600例产妇,随机分为两组,对照组进行产后康复指导,研究组进行产后康复指导联合产后康复综合治疗仪治疗。比较两组并发症发生率,治疗前后血清IGF-1与TGF-β1水平、盆底肌纤维收缩状况、夜尿次数与阴道肌电电压。结果:研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组血清IGF-1与TGF-β1水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组持续收缩压和持续收缩时间均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组夜尿次数少于对照组,阴道肌电电压高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:产后康复综合治疗仪的运用可提高产妇血清IGF-1与TGF-β1水平,降低夜尿次数,同时可改善产妇持续收缩压,提高持续收缩时间,降低并发症发生率,提高治疗安全性,具有非常高的临床应用价值,应进一步推广和应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of postpartum rehabilitation comprehensive therapy apparatus on parturients pelvic floor comprehensive muscle strength and complications.Method:From April 2016 to April 2019,2 600 pregnant women in our hospital were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups,the control group for postpartum rehabilitation guidance,while the study group received postpartum rehabilitation guidance combined with postpartum rehabilitation comprehensive therapy apparatus.The incidence of complications,the levels of IGF-1 and TGF-β1 in serum,the contraction of pelvic floor muscle fiber,the times of nocturia and the voltage of vaginal myoelectric before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.Result:The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IGF-1 and TGF-β1 in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the persistent systolic pressure and duration of persistent contraction in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the number of nocturnal urine in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the voltage of vaginal myoelectric was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of postpartum rehabilitation comprehensive therapy apparatus can improve the serum levels of IGF-1 and TGF-β1,reduce the number of nocturnal urine,improve the patient’s persistent systolic pressure,increase the duration of persistent systole,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the safety of treatment.It has very high clinical application value and should be further promoted and applied.
