补肾活血方对老年股骨转子间骨折术后康复的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾活血方对老年股骨转子间骨折术后康复的影响。方法:将2018年6月-2019年3月于本院接受治疗的80例老年股骨转子间骨折患者作为研究对象,按照其初次就诊的顺序排号后采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例。本研究对纳入患者均进行手术前评估,均符合闭合复位PFNA内固定术的手术标准,并由同一麻醉团队与手术团队进行麻醉和手术,尽量降低医护人员差异给本研究结果带来的负面影响。术后第1天起,对照组患者口服阿伦磷酸钠片(10 mg/片,1次/d,1片/次)。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加以补肾活血方加减服用,1剂/d,于每日早、中、晚饭后0.5 h温服。对两组患者进行24周的连续治疗。比较两组治疗前后VAS疼痛评分、血清钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶水平差异及髓关节Harris评分优良率。结果:两组治疗后VAS疼痛评分较治疗前均有所降低,且治疗组改善明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后Ca均较治疗前有所升高,P与ALP水平均较治疗前有所降低(P<0.05),治疗组以上指标改善程度均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组髓关节Harris评分优良率为75.0%,治疗组为92.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾活血方干预老年股骨转子间骨折术后康复,可以起到疏通全身气血、缓解疼痛、补肾强骨的功效。Objective: To investigate the effect of Bushen Huoxue Recipe on postoperative rehabilitation of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients. Method: Eighty patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture treated in our hospital from June 2018 to March 2019 were enrolled in the study. According to the order of their initial visits, they were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group according to random number table, 40 cases in each group. In this study, all patients were included in the preoperative evaluation, all met the surgical criteria of closed reduction PFNA internal fixation, and the same anesthesia team and surgery team performed anesthesia and surgery to minimize the negative impact of medical staff differences on the results of this study. On the first day after surgery, the control group received oral Alendronate Tablets(10 mg/tablet, once a day,1 tablet each time), on the basis of the control group, the treatment group was given Bushen Huoxue Recipe plus or minus one daily dose, and served warmly for half an hour after morning, middle and supper. Two groups of patients were treated continuously for 24 consecutive weeks. The VAS pain scores, serum Ca, P, ALP levels before and after treatment and the excellent rate of the Harris joint score of two groups were compared. Result: The VAS pain scores of two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The Ca levels of two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, the levels of P and ALP were lower than those before treatment, the improvement of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The excellent rate of the Harris score of the control group was 75.0%, and the treatment group was 92.5%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).
