自研“新冠0号”“新冠1号”防治新型冠状病毒肺炎效果与分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中医药防控新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的效果。方法COVID-19疫情暴发后,西南医科大学附属中医医院迅速深入一线,在准确辨证论治基础上,制订了中医药防治方案,研发出临床预防、治疗用中药“扶正辟邪方(新冠0号)”“清肺排毒合剂(新冠1号)”,后者因治疗效果好,获批在四川省205家COVID-19定点救治医院直接调剂使用;同时研发出方便生活中预防COVID-19的“芳香防疫辟秽香囊”“防疫辟秽烟熏剂”。结果截至2020年2月28日,该院共开出“新冠0号”28647剂,受益11051人。截至2月24日,四川省共9个地市州、16家医院使用“新冠1号”合剂治疗确诊患者151例,30例治愈出院,36例症状消失,59例症状改善,11例症状平稳,有效率达90.07%。截至2月28日,该院共开出“新冠1号”散装147剂,“新冠1号”合剂3384瓶。结论中医药在COVID-19的疫情防治工作中可发挥重要作用。Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the prevention and control of the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods After the outbreak of COVID-19,our hospital quickly went deep into front line work.On the basis of accurate syndrome differentiation and treatment,we formulated the prevention and treatment plan of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),developed the Fuzhengbixie Formula(Xinguan No.0)and Qingfeipaidu Mixture(Xinguan No.1)for clinical prevention and treatment,the latter was approved to be directly used in 205 designated hospitals for treating COVID-19 in Sichuan Province due to its good therapeutic effect.At the same time,we have developed Fangxiang Fangyibihui Sachet and Fangyibihui Smoking Agent,which were convenient to prevent the COVID-19 in our life.Results As of February 28th,2020,totally 28647 doses of″Xinguan No.0″had been prescribed in our hospital,benefiting 11051 people.As of February 24th,2020,totally 151 patients were treated with″Xinguan No.1″in 16 hospitals of 9 cities and prefectures in Sichuan Province,among them,30 patients were cured,36 patients'symptoms disappeared,59 patients'symptoms improved,11 patients'symptoms were stable,and the effective rate was 90.07%.As of February 28th,2020,totally 147 doses of bulk″Xinguan No.1″and 3384 bottles of″Xinguan No.1″had been prescribed in our hospital.Conclusion TCM can play an important role in the prevention and treatment of the COVID-19.
