摘　　要：目的总结武汉方舱医院新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的药学服务实践经验,探讨突发公共卫生事件中药学服务体系建设。方法参考相关政策和上级指导意见,以及紧急事件医疗救助经验,结合应对COVID-19疫情的武汉方舱医院的药学服务实践进行分析。结果应急药品的储存和调运、应急药物信息系统APP的建设与使用等药学服务,保障了方舱医院病例用药续航和用药安全。结论方舱医院药事管理经验可为突发公共卫生事件中药事管理提供参考,为进一步优化应急药学服务提供导向。Objective To summarize the practical experience of pharmaceutical care for patients with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in Wuhan fangcang hospitals and investigate the construction of pharmaceutical care system in public health emergencies.Methods Referring to the relevant policies and the superior guidance,as well as the experience of emergency medical assistance,combined with the pharmaceutical care practice for patients with COVID-19 in Wuhan fangcang hospitals,the construction of pharmaceutical care system in public health emergencies was analyzed.Results The storage and transportation of emergency drugs,the construction and use of emergency drug information system APP and other pharmaceutical care ensured the medication continuation and medication safety of patients in Wuhan fangcang hospitals.Conclusion The experience of pharmaceutical administration in Wuhan fangcang hospitals can provide reference for pharmaceutical administration in public health emergencies,and provide guidance for the further optimization of emergency pharmaceutical care.
