摘  要:目的建立测定参杞通脉胶囊中人参皂苷Rg1、Re和Rb1含量的超高效液相色谱(UPLC)法。方法色谱柱为Acquity UPLC HSS T3色谱柱(50 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm),流动相为乙腈-水(梯度洗脱),流速为0.4 mL/min,柱温为28℃,检测波长为203 nm,进样量为5μL。结果人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rb1进样量分别在0.0754~0.6032μg,0.0523~0.4184μg,0.0760~0.6084μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为97.90%,97.41%,98.02%,RSD分别为1.06%,1.73%,0.91%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简单,分离度高,回收率高,可用于参杞通脉胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish an ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)method for the determination of ginsenoside Rg1,Re and Rb1 in Shenqi Tongmai Capsules.Methods The chromatographic column was ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3(50 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm);the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water,and gradient elution was performed;the flow rate was 0.4 mL/min,the column tem-perature was 28℃,the detection wavelength was 203 nm,and the injection volume was 5μL.Results The linear relationship of gin-senoside Rg1 in the range of 0.0754-0.6032μg,ginsenoside Re in the range of 0.0523-0.4184μg,ginsenoside Rb1 in the range of 0.0760-0.6084μg was good.The average recoveries were 97.90%,97.41%,98.02%,RSDs were 1.06%,1.73%and 0.91%,respectively(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple in operation,high in separation and good in recovery.It is suitable for the quality control of Shenqi Tongmai Capsules.
