摘 要:针对决策问题中的权重分配与信息融合问题,提出了一种基于模糊层次法和D数的决策方法模型(D-FAHP).利用三角模糊数,决策者对决策对象的属性两两进行比较,构建属性评价矩阵;运用模糊层次分析法获得决策对象的属性权重,建立D数辨识框架;决策者对决策对象做出评价,构建基于D数的决策评价矩阵:并基于D数聚集属性,分层、分步地集成决策对象属性的评价信息,得到各决策对象的综合评价信息.最后通过实例验证该D-FAHP决策方法模型的有效性.Focused on the problems of weight distribution and information fusion in decision making problems,a new decision making model based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy processes(FAHP)and D numbers(D-FAHP)is proposed.First,based on triangular fuzzy numbers,the attributes of decision objects are compared,and attribute evaluation matrix is constructed.The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)is used to obtain the attribute weights of the decision objects.Second,framework of D numbers is established,and decision makers evaluate the decision objects based on D numbers,and the decision evaluation matrix is constructed.Third,D number aggregation attribute is used to aggregate the decision information given by decision makers step by step,involving the attributes of decision object.Finally,comprehensive evaluation information of each decision object is obtained.D-FAHP method is hierarchical and well-organized.A numerical example is carried out to demonstrate the effective,scientific of the proposed method.
